Low Back Exercises:
These are general ideas for low back tension. Some specifically target the low back, where others are to loosen up the hips/legs. It’s amazing how much back tension actually comes from your hips. Stretches for Desk Workers:
This is a good group of general exercises to relieve upper back & neck tension related to working at a desk. As always, if you feel pain with any of the stretches, or for more specific suggestions, please stop and consult your health care professional.
