Meet Our Team

Dr. Michelle Turner, DC
Dr. Turner graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics. She continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic designation with clinic honours. Dr. Turner has also been a full-body certified Active Release Technique (ART®) provider for over 10 years.

Sarah De Spiegelaere, RMT SIT
Sarah is an experienced Massage Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist specializing in injury prevention and treatment. Sarah graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy program at the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington in 2007.

Rebekah Garrett, RMT

Samantha Calvelli, RMT
Samantha graduated from Centennial College in 2016 and went on to complete her Honours BA from York University in Psychology and Kinesiology in 2018. Being an athlete herself she understands the intense strain athletes put on their bodies, and what is needed from their treatments to play at their optimum level of performance.

Active Release Technique (ART)
Active Release Techniques® (ART) is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system and movement-based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Cold Laser Therapy
This is a treatment that uses particular light wavelengths in order to interact with tissue. Cold Laser Therapy or Low Level Laser Therapy has earned the reputation of helping to facilitate the healing process.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.
