About

Sarah is an experienced Massage Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist specializing in injury prevention and treatment. She provides a wide variety of services including deep tissue, relaxation, pre and post natal, cupping, hot stone, sports and orthopedic (post-surgical) massage. She has completed coursework in treating issues of the thorax and TMJ (jaw).

Sarah has provided extensive work for athletes and sports teams and has a keen interest in sports biomechanics. She has also worked at a local college instructing and supervising Massage Therapy students and is passionate about passing on her skills and knowledge.

Education:

• Graduated with Honours fom the Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy program at the Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, ON.

• Various continuing education in cupping, craniosacral, TMJ, etc.
